CameraHot is from Brazil and is also known as lovecam.com.br. Although the native language is Portuguese there is an English interface, try the link below, but unlike the other Brazilian site I just found this one is less complete in their translation.

There are a lot fewer models on this site as well, but you can see plenty for free here so if one of the 10 or so models online is right for you then it may be worth checking out.

Models are often in private here so you have to hunt around a bit to see the ones who are in free video. I found the site a bit difficult to navigate at times and it was strange that some girl’s room wanted me to install Flash, while others worked fine without.

It was a bit disappointing that there was no sound in any of the free rooms I entered as some of the girls were dancing, and Brazilian girl dancing seems like an excellent idea!
