CamSoda is a favorite among adult cam fans, thanks to a range of features, high-quality streams, and importantly a good spread of different types of models streaming there. They also do some innovative marketing campaigns which are fun, and they are the only camsite with a good selection of legal “voyeur” cams for a behind-the-screens look at what camgirls get up to when they are not working.
However, variety is key to keeping things interesting, and sometimes it’s fun to explore other options. Whether you’re looking for another website just like Camsoda, or whether you want to find a CamSoda alternative that has something extra, there are plenty of excellent platforms to choose from.
In this article, I’m going to look at some of the CamSoda alternatives out there and discuss what makes each one interesting. I can’t tell which ones you already know about so I’m going to list a bunch, you can skip over the ones you already know, or read why I think they count as a good CS alternative.
Chaturbate – The Biggest
Chaturbate is one of the big camgirl sites, in terms of the number of rooms online at any time it is bigger than CamSoda, as many as 5 times more girls are online at CB as there are at the peak for CS, and it offers not just good features but some very good prices as well.
The main reason to even consider Chaturbate is the large number of models online. They are from all over the world, meaning that at any time of the day or night, there will be plenty of girls online. Honestly, with over 10 thousand rooms broadcasting most of the time, you are really being difficult if you can’t find someone you like there.

And with a sort-order that is basically how many viewers are in the room you can quickly choose either super popular rooms, with a thousand or thousands of viewers to see the most popular girls, or you can scroll to the other end to find rooms with just a handful of viewers so you have a chance to get the broadcaster’s attention more easily.
Each page of thumbnails show about 100 rooms, and at page 1 you get the busiest rooms plus some paid promotions or other special cases. Go to page 2 for the next ones and so on down to page 90+.
There is a kind of sweet-spot at around page 20 where rooms have 10 or 20 viewers, that’s where my room is normally! But I still get visitors because people use filters and tags to find me and we can have a chat in a room that isn’t too busy.
You can use filters to look for rooms that have girls from a particular geographic region, say you like Asians or only want to speak with American girls, and different price points for their privates from the premium to the bargain basement.
The site also has good controls inside the individual rooms that fun features. Not only the basic chat, tip and remote toys but also “apps” and “bots” that allow games like lucky draws or guess the number and high tipper scores and stuff like that.
Each model gets to choose from hundreds of viewer-submitted bots to run in their rooms, so each one is a bit different.

If you’re someone who values crisp visuals, stick to the first few pages.
Chaturbate allows both tipping shows as well as privates, including spying on privates and recording private shows. Cam2cam works here as well and is available in both public and private shows. You’ll have to tip to get me or other camgirls to open your webcam window though even if you turn on your cam.
Buy tokens at Chaturbate with the regular choice of credit card, PayPal, or even cryptocurrency. It doesn’t offer some of the smaller regional payment methods that Camsoda supports so if you want to use Paysafecard or Australian Poli then you are out of luck at CB.
Discounts for bulk purchases are about the same for cards, as with Camsoda if you buy more you get a lower per-token price. Or you can get the best rate (8 cents a token) for any amount by paying with Cryptocurrency, or wire transfer if you are doing large amounts.
You will find models here that will do what you want at any price point, it may take a little while to find them but they are there. A lot more of the models here are not models but really just hot people getting off on exhibiting themselves, enjoying the attention and liking getting paid for showing their hot bods.
There are a lot less of seated-on-bed head-and-shoulders studio models at Chaturbate compared to Camsoda.

MyFreeCams – American Community
MyFreeCams (MFC) is another excellent CamSoda alternative that offers several unique advantages:
Firstly, MFC has a strong and active community both in the viewers and the models. There are lively chat rooms with a lot of talking going on. The culture of the site really encourage sinteraction between viewers and performers. There are also viewer chat rooms, with little or no video, and forums and lots of different ways to interact.
Payments here are via tokens, in fact this is one of the oldest cam sites, and was the original site to introduce tipping with tokens for cam sites. Use the tokens to tip, take a model private, and also to pay for Skype chats outside the site. That is ok and allowed in the rules as long as payment is done via MFC meaning they get their cut.
Like CamSoda, MFC offers high-quality streams, and you will find mostly quality here. There isn’t much scope for basic webcams here, almost everything is high quality. The streaming settings even let you choose what sort of video stream you want. It gets more technical that I care to look at, but if you care about HLS vs WebRTC then this is the only site that lets you change that.
With a large and diverse selection of models, MFC caters to a wide range of preferences, making it easy for users to find performers that suit their tastes. BUT, they do have limitations on their model types:
First is the one one big downside at MFC; they only allows female performers so there are no MF couples, groups and no trans performers here.
Secondly, you won’t find the big range of cheaper Asian camgirls that some sites have. If you are a Pinay fan then this is not the place for you, but then Camsoda wouldn’t have been your choice either so the point may not matter.
Buying tokens on MFC is straightforward. You can purchase tokens using credit cards, and sometimes special promotions offer bonus tokens with larger purchases.
One disappointment though is that there are no cryptocurrency payments, unlike Camsoda and most of its competitors. However, the site often runs token sales, making it possible to get more bang for your buck. Once you have tokens, you can tip performers and join private shows.
Buying any amount of tokens just one time makes you permanently a “Premium member” giving you access to a lot of community and chat features. It is basically a way to filter out the “greys” who have no money and never intend to spend.
MFC has clubs and content and the usual things like that. There are also options to see trending rooms, and a regular “Miss MyFreeCams” contest.
A lot of the models have been working here for a long time and are regular “girl next door” types.
Unlike many other sites, including Chaturbate which I recommend above, MFC offers a virtually ad-free experience even for free members. That’s a plus for those who value a clean and uninterrupted browsing session.
Models here tend to be private at-home models just doing their own thing. There is a lot of sitting around and chatting, and while hardcore is allowed and you see it sometimes there isn’t so much. Maybe 2 out of the top 10 girls will be actively masturbating while the others are chatting, some nude or topless but many clothed as well.
If you want to get involved in the lives of the camgirls and be a “regular” in their room and get to know them, then the types of girls who broadcast here can be a good match for you.
But if you want to just jump into hardcore sex shows then this is not such a good match.

BongaCams – Cheapish Euro Fun
BongaCams is a lesser-known but impressive CamSoda alternative that offers several advantages:
Like European girls? BongaCams features a large number of European performers, providing a higher rate of blond, white-skinned mostly Eastern European models to choose from.
For the most part, BongCams models are studio models which means good cameras and lights, a stable internet connection giving a quality video feed. Some of us are independent though, I broadcast at BongaCams intermittently.
There are regular features like Lush toys and some “games”. But they are all pre-built and there are only a few options, not many people use them except for the tip menu and the lush control.
One of the Bongacams games is the “Jukebox”. I rather like the idea of the jukebox, where people in my room can tip to change the soundtrack I’m playing, all they have to do is give the YouTube URL of a music video. However, hardly anybody uses it so though the idea is good it isn’t really working.
The free chat rooms let you see anything you want, very little is restricted, but a free account will stop the nagging ads that ask you to sign up, and give a few extra features such as “full screen” for the video.
I’m normally nude on Bongacams with the camera facing my ass or tits as people like to see that, there is not requirement that I stay dressed as a few sites have so this is similar to Camsoda.
Bonga encourages models to use their model to broadcast using their phones. Generally just walking around the house, but at least it means the video is vertical so when you go full screen on mobile the layout makes sense and lets you do a “swipe left”, “swipe right” to go from one room to the next.
You need to pay for tips and privates here, but honestly the pricing for most things is pretty low. Buy your tokens in the usual ways including credit cards and cryptocurrencies, making it convenient regardless of how you want to pay.
If you are not an English speaker then the menus will automatically change to your local language, but you still need to know the language of tokens to get models to do what you want.
Occasionally you’ll find a model at Bongcams who is just masturbating continuously, often they are split camming with another site and just letting you watch while they do a “private” somewhere else. That’s an unofficial bonus, but of course, she won’t interact with you while she is doing this.
