An increasing number of cam sites are using the .TV top level domain. Amateur.TV is probably the biggest of these but ShowUP.TV and Rampant.TV are also big contenders in their individual markets. While AmateurTV targets Spanish speaking people in Mexico and Spain ShowUpTV provides for Polish speakers and Poland and RampantTV is really for British people in England.
How do you compare these kinds of smaller country-specific cam sites? I have compared RampantTV vs ShowupTV on the things they have in common, but which one will be best for you depends a lot on whether you find British or Polish models interesting.
Cam2Cam: RampantTV vs ShowupTV
Yes, both offer a way for you to transmit your camera. It is going to cost you extra, but if you want to turn your chat into a two-way video call then both sites allow you to do this.
At Rampant you can hit the CAM button it shows another button for you to start “SEND YOUR WEBCAM”, which is supposed to show the price but on my tests it didn’t always do so.
Whether it shows the price or not you get charged as for a private show.
At Showup.Tv the minimum price is 100 tokens a minute.
Result: Tie
Chatting without an account
Nope. It isn’t possible, unlike some sites such as Firecams, AsianCamSex and Sexchat.hu where even guests can chat, you will need to create an account on either Rampant or ShowUp to be able to chat.
Even the free account works fine to do basic text chatting, but of course you don’t get so much attention from the models.
As these are quite small sites and the rooms are not busy it is still possible to chat to the models. It is harder on Rampant though where they are often involved in phone calls which obviously take up a lot of their attention.
Creating a free account is pretyt much the same on either site, you need to give an email address and then click on a verification email to show that it is real. For the Polish ShowUp.TV the email subject is in Polish of course, look out for “Rejestracja w serwisie ShowUp.tv” in your inbox.
Neither site needs a credit card, so they are not doing any age verification really.
Result: Win for ShowUPTV
What you see in free
Bothe sites will show plenty of things in free chat rooms, or Channels as they are called in Rampant.
You’ll see girls in lingerie, mastrubating, flashign tits and using some toys.
It tends not to get too hard-core at Rampant but you do so some. While at Showup there is a lot of sitting around topless and chatting. The models do tend to be a little quiet as the rooms can get a bit empty.
When they do talk they will be doing so in Polish, and there isn’t music in most rooms. The sound is adjustable if they do tend to get noisy.
That’s worth mentioning because by comparison at Rampant the rooms are full of loud music, piped directly into the video stream so nice and clear just like watching something on TV. And the sound control is only “on” or “muted” so you have to use your own computer sound controls to stop it being too loud.
Result: Tie, both good but in different ways
Sex toy use
Most sites will provide girls with a way of connecting their sex toys to the tipping. And they have a nice onscreen graph that shows hard strong the Lovense lush that the girl is wearing is vibrating.
At rampant every room seem to have the Lush symbol, but girls are not all wearing them.
Result: Win for ShowUP.TV
