Putting the whole “dirty = sex” thing aside for the moment the DirtyRoulette site is a skin over the “Flingster” service and offers a chatroulette.com style two-video-windows where you get to cam2cam to random people. The randomness is both the blessing and the curse of the site, or indeed this type of site in general.
That means you’ll get some really unexpected things, but really only very rarely something you want. Unless unexpected is really what you want then this isn’t going to help you very much.
And when I say “unexpected” I really mean dick-picks. Now although cocks are a great thing, and I’m happy to see a nice one, there is some kind of limit to how many random cock cams you can watch in a day, and at DirtyRoulette you can reach that limit extremely quickly.

Very focused on the idea of “webcam chat with girls” this site is both a website and an iOS app. There is no android version though it has been marked “Comming soon” for a long time.
The description of Coomeet.com throws in the word “dating” a lot of times but actually, it is just a random chat meet-up site like so many others. You will see very little without first starting a “Free trial”. You can try now and pay later, if you do then payments via Visa, Master, Maestro, and Bitcoin are allowed.

ChatHub uses the url “chathub.cam” making you clear that is all about “chat. Strangely it presents itself more as an “omegle alternative” rather than emphasizing any special feature of itself. The site includes the basics of any random m chat site, you get to do video with random people and they can be anywhere.is a good alternative to Omegle. You can video chat with random people from all over the world. You can talk, text-chat, and communicate using webcam.
The site seems to be safe enough but as always you have to watch out for any security or dangers that a random site will bring you. Most risky is just atlking people who you don’t know. If you are careful to not share private information then really the risk isn’t significant.
When you enter a chatroom you have to choose between regular and “adult” chat, of course, everybody goes into the adult and there you can select “with face” if you want to avoid all the cock cams. That isn’t a bad idea and works out, but after a while, it times out and goes back to “all”.

The way it is oriented around “country” though shows that the idea is migging up, not jst talking to people.
There is both the website and an App on Google Play, nothing for the iPhone users though.
With the most recent blog posts being from 2017, the app hasn’t been updated since Aug 20, 2017, and the app has a 3.6 out of 5 score it is hard to recommend it. To quote from an app review “One word GARBAGE”. Perhaps that’s a bit extreme but it isn’t really a place to either hook up, or just to watch cam girls.
