It’s a good goal in life I think, to stay out of jail and I don’t need Cam4 to tell me that really, but I guess too much good advice isn’t unreasonable!
Stay-out-of-jail is their closing remark when it comes to broadcasting from the Great Outdoors because realistically this is a lot more dangerous thing to do.

And while I’ve tried it a few times I’m always cautious. Broadcasting outdoors involves a lot of risks that you need to be careful of. There are Cam4 rules and regulations to follow, and basically there is just the law, and it’s important to be aware of them to avoid any legal trouble.
Why is this an issue at all? Aren’t most broadcasts done from the privacy of your own home (or studio), or in my case, office?
The reason I’m talking about it is Cam4 has just released another guide to outdoor broadcasting, it seems they are encouraging more performers to take their shows outdoors. That means not as many are doing so as they would like, so providing a guide may help people to ensure a safe and legal broadcasting session.
Basically the tips and precautions are all about doing outdoor broadcasts while the law, with some things about protecting oneself.
Cam4 Outdoor Broadcast Dos:
- Respect the privacy of others when broadcasting in public spaces, only you can appear on cam
- Ensure all performers appearing on your broadcast are officially added to your CAM4 account, if there are more people on cam they have to be IDed
- Broadcast from your own property or with permission from the property owner, though I’m not sure how that works in the cam-from-a-cafe rooms
- Be mindful of copyright and trademark laws when using music or other content, no you can’t use Taylor Swift’s latest as a background track
- Prioritize safety by not driving or operating machinery while broadcasting outdoors.
Cam4 Outdoor Broadcast Don’ts:
- Broadcast minors or individuals under 18 years old is an instant ban of course
- Violate copyright laws by using copyrighted material without permission, including things like a movie or a sports event on a TV in the background of a bar
- Drive a car or operate machinery, like no mowing the lawn even in your own yard!
- Broadcast from a height exceeding 5’5″ to avoid privacy concerns. I guess this means avoiding overhead shots that might go over a fence
So, how does this approach seem to you as a camgirl? Does it make sense?
What about viewers who like outdoor shows, do these rules and suggestions take the fun out of it?
I kind of have the impression that part of the reason outdoors is good is the thrill of “flashing” and maybe being caught out, but that would be an instant break of the rules.
Like a lot of camming though you can simulate the good stuff without it being real. We all know that most of what we see and do on camera is just a fantasy, right? Right? You do get that? Right? Tell me you understand it is all for fun ok?
And double if you are outside and “risking” getting “caught”!!
Cam4 seems to be treading a fine line between encouraging outdoor broadcasts, and because they want more of those shows, and not letting people get into trouble for them.
Ending up with your account banned, or worse being arrested for indecent exposure, is not what outdoor camming is about!
Yet I don’t feel it is working that well, when I go to the cam4 tags section and look for “outdoor” I will find maybe one or two rooms, and most of the time they are not really that outside.
What works for you when it comes to outdoor camgirls? Let me know in the comments! Meanwhile, check out cam4 and see if you can find me or another camgirl doing an outdoor show.
