CamModelDirectory.com, or “CMD” as it is often known, is one of the first Independent Camgirl Directories. Just as it says in the name this is a “directory”, a place where you can look up and find people, rather than a cam site itself. Though given that you can book a show with a model, and pay through their payment system, it becomes close to being a camsite without free chat.

The idea is all about connecting up with models who are not working via a main camming site, but work on their own. These models are also called Skype Cam Girls, previously Yahoo Cam Girls, and I’m sure soon “Zoom Cam Girls”.

Using Zoom, Google Meets and Skype are all new ways to connect with anybody while you are working from home. And that goes double for cam models and I’m sure the viewers as well.

Personally I haven’t had experience doing shows using Zoom or Skype but I know that the idea of being independent is attractive and so many models are into that.
