Yes, DXLive, and the English language version SakuraLive, both offer a two-way camming experience. Though normally called Cam2cam at DXLive it is referred to as “2Way“, but the idea is completely the same.

As with absolutely everything at DXLive this is a paid service, there is very little free at SakuraLive or indeed any other Japanese cam site. Fc2Live is the same in that regard, though they don’t have cam2cam.

The 2way at Sakura Live is both video and two way audio, so you end up in something a bit like a facetime or a Zoom meeting, but between just you and the Japanese girl. As they don’t speak much English this may not help much, but at least you can hear what is going on.
