With a recent update to the settings options for models at Stripchat the choices for a model using Lovense Lush come out way ahead of those using the Kiiroo toys.

When a model wears a Lovense toy, typically the pink-tailed egg called the Lovense Lush, she can set different power levels and durations for different tips. You can find Lovense toys at almost every cam site out there.

This lets the viewer get different levels of control for different prices, and encourages the models as well.

The Lovense Lush isn’t the only remote control sex toy out there, the same company makes a bunch of them and there are also other brands. While the OhMiBod was an early one, and was used heavily on Chaturbate using the sound-activated mode when it first came out, it has since slipped into obscurity. Although the brand is still going on and is often mentioned in sex toy industry reports, I can’t remember the last time I saw a model using one in a live webcam chat room

The Kiiroo line of toys is in a similar situation. This Dutch company came out at around the same time as the Lovense Lush and have made quite a push to promote themselves by doing deals with other companies, in fact they now own some OhMiBod models, they never have got the traction and popularity of the Lovense ones.

Stripchat was one of the first to support Kiiroo they are now pulling back support. Although it will still work it doesn’t any more allow you to control the durations or the power levels by setting different tip levels.

If you’re a model using a Kiiroo toy, we’d like to inform you that from now on you can only set one vibration level and duration for all tips. Therefore, your toy will vibrate for as long and as hard as you set, regardless of the token amount.

They key thing here I think is “if you are a model using”, because not that many models are using it.

A search on Stripchat at the moment shows 37 models who are tagged with Kiiroo, while 1194 are tagged Lovense.

That says it all really and is probably signals the end of the road for Kiiroo as a camming sex toy.
