It seems EspanaCams has been around since 2005 focusing on the Spanish
speaking market, they are actually from Spain itself, but now they have a good
range of English speaking chathosts as well.
There is a Gay Webcam version called
EspanaCamsGay.
Like many European based sites they have a pay-by-phone option.
