Rated as 2 out of 5 - Unless you are Spanish in which case 4 out of 5
At camduty.com you won't see much without paying, it is an originally Spanish site which is rather incompletely translated into English when you click the US flag icon. You will typically find about 10 or 20 webcams online, and each one shows a thumbnail but not any other details.
To see more you must join the site, and that means buy credits. Here at camduty.com there is no free chat, nor even free memberships.
Once you are a member though you can get into chat, and they do specifically say "Spanish girls broadcasting from their homes".
Unlike the current fashion there is no user profile to fill in, this is more like a paysite than a social site, and there is not even a user control panel. The closest is a one line counter that shows the remaining minutes you have. Like everything else it is in Spanish: "Minutos Restantes: 15:03 " which means the minutes you have remaining with the credits you have purchased. When you run out you can buy more minutes to continue with chat, or "Compra minutos y sigue en el videochat" as it says.
Ever time I logged in it asked me for a nickname, so I presume I can choose a different one each time. That seems unnecessary and possibly confusing, but I suppose that regulars with stick to their own regular nick.
Prices for private webcam chat are a set figure per minute, no variation between hosts, and it is about a dollar a minute.
Although this is a European site all the prices I saw were in US$, so I presume it's detecting that I'm not European and showing me dollar prices instead.
At camduty.com you can spend $60 to get 60 minutes of chat, or if you want a smaller spend it is a little less economical with $24 only buying 20 minutes or $1.20/minute.
Either way, this is still extremely economical when you consider sites like F4F can charge $5 or more a minute. Of course camcontacts has plenty of discount, and perfectly good, chathosts in the $1 to $2 range.
Maybe a more fair comparison would be with another European site like AtrevidasCam, which is Portuguese, and comes out at $1.65/minute. So however you look at it camduty.com is really a low cost option. It makes me wonder what the hosts are receiving!
You can pay using credit card via a 3rd party payment processor called Vendo, variously vendo-o.com, vendostore.com and vendosupport.com may appear on your bill. It is a Swiss registered company with offices in the UK, but presumably gets the job done.
Once you have got an account with funds in you can go into chat. Paid chat that is. Even with a funded account I didn't see any free teaser chat anywhere on camduty.com. There are a range of hosts online to choose from, not as many as there appeared to be before you logged in, but still an ok number. And once you are logged in they are divided up into "CHICAS ESPAŅOLAS ONLINE" and "CHICAS AMATEUR ONLINE". The first are actually Spanish as in they live in Spain, while the "AMATEUR " are not though they generally look Latina and I presume they are going to speak Spanish. Perhaps they are from South America? The one I went into chat with was already nude, doing a show, and moaning pretty loudly in accented English.
Over on the Espanola side the beautiful and heavily tattooed Silvy chatted with me for a while, she was on cam wearing only her tattoos and at first presumed I'd speak Spanish. After I explained I spoke only English she kindly switched language, but obviously struggled a little as it was not what she normally speaks.
I found at least 10 Spanish rooms online, sometimes 15, while the "Amateur" section had 4 to 6. A single lonely transexual made up the final listing.
Of course the numbers and ratio of Spanish to Latina Americans will vary according to the time of day.
As for the chat itself, it is a simple flash chat window with video, audio and text. There are video controls for brightness, contrast etc as well as voting buttons, audio controls and Cam2Cam which seems to have no extra cost.
It is perfectly workable and I had no technical issues with the site at all.
Overall it is a nice site if you speak Spanish, but without that it would be difficult to use. Not just because most of the website, text and buttons, are in Spanish even after you click the USA flag. But also because the hosts are going to be most comfortable doing shows in their first language.
If you speak any Spanish at all though the high quality, friendliness of the models available, plus the very low prices, makes this a no-brainer as a site to check out. Only the limited range of hosts might prevent it become a regular.

Look as I could I couldn't find any details about how you join to work at camduty. I know that it is run by camlouder.com which advertises webcams, which care camduty.com.
