iSpQ VideoChat is both a software and a service, this is in the same space as NetMeeting or Yahoo! Chat.  There is software to download, then an online directory to meet other people who want to chat.  An adults only section ("RedZone") is there -- but you'll probably be more likely to use this to chat with someone you met on RealGirlsonCam etc.

This is a stub-review and will be filled in with more detail once I have spent more time with the software.
