List of sites under Webcam Sites A-F: This site is dead and the domain for sale as of 2019 CamMatrix / cammatrix.comCamMatrix was started in 2004. It's owned by the same company as PleasureGirls.net (note that it's not PleasureGirls.com) and they have the same girls. The name comes from the Matrix films, the sites design has a greenish tinge to it, though no falling letters. If this means nothing to you, then you are not a fan and can just move right along! Only small, just 11 cams online, but of those 6 in private. So it isn't big but a lot of private chat is being done. Free preview video bumps you out after a few minutes. All you have to do is to create a free account by giving them an email address and you can access the free video chat and see the pics in the girls' fan club. The email address is not validated.
BlondieCherry was charging $2.45/minute so there is a lot of variation. According the model side the rates can be either 1.99, $2.45, $2.99 or $3.99. Under each hosts cam and bio details there are reviews from recent viewers. All dated and with star rating and one or two lines of details. So you can get some sort of idea of how pleasing a particular host at cammatrix is before going into private chat with her. The video uses flash - and the very latest flash 9 version - so you had better make sure your PC is entirely up to date before trying to see video at Camatrix. Payment to Camatrix is done through a wide range of big third party billing company. VXSBill is their main one, and they no longer take ccbill. You also have choices for paycom, epassporte, Easy Buy and directly via JCB for Asian customers. Most of the hosts offer free chat -- but not all, so it is optional if you are a host if you want to offer free chat to people or not. However this effects the hosts earnings a LOT. If a host is doing free chat then she gets 40% of any customer spending, which is a reasonable rate these days. But if she will only do privates, no free chat, then this is reduced to only 25%. That's pretty poor. Payouts are sent every 2 weeks, through international wire, USA check or e-passport. Fan ClubCamMatrix's fan club is different from iFriends' or imLive's:
Though it's free to join, you have to buy shows from her within the last 30 days or have at least $15 credit with CamMatrix before you are allowed to join. CamMatrix is open to both amateur chathosts and studio to join. I heard that they are always looking for more girls to work there. See "adultcamstaffing.com"
CamMatrix is also called:
Even without fanclub membership you can still see a gallery for each host, if they have bothered to save their pictures. For host security they do allow geographic blocking so you can prevent people from your own country from seeing your cams, but of course this is never perfect so as a chathost you mustn't rely upon this 100%. To signup you need to do the usual with a form and age proof ID. They invite both single models and also studios to sign up. Read the forum about them though, at least some hosts are not happy with their recent behavior. That doesn't necessarily mean they will be bad for you - but it is something to be considered.
Desktop NotifierOne of the new features they have is a downloadable desktop notifier that lets you know who is online. It's rather simple, basically it just shows a list of hosts who are online taken from a web page on the site itself, but it looks sort of nice (in a Matrix-i.e. sort of way). The catch of course is that most people are cautious about downloading any software -- in this case I think it is fine, but as ever of course one cannot prove that. If you have any more information about cammatrix, please drop me a note in the webcam forum, thanks.
