There is only one serious site these days : Clickcash is the affiliate arm of iFriends. Not only have they been operating since 1996 (dark ages in internet time), but their per-click payouts have been going up and up. When I first joined 2 years ago it was $10, then it was $15, then $20 and just last week it went up to $25! That's even if you only get one signup a week you'll get $25, if you are a high traffic site with more than 10 signups a week then you get bonuses -- in theory could get you up to $65 a sign-up.
