Seems a little similar to 2much in that they are hosting "your" webcam site on their servers.  They apparently do everything -- provide the software, the hosting, the web design -- all for about $10K, and that's an unlimited number of girl licenses compared to firecracker that gets you only a 10 girl licence for that much.
