Nearlythere.net Sidekick

This one is more like a pure software purchase.  Probably the newest player and by all accounts the programmer is a small operation and hence keen to please his customers with mods as required.

Of course the down side is that if he gets successful (good for him) he's going to have less time for you.

The actual software is called "Sidekick" and is now in version 2 something, so it's been around a while.  AsianCamModels is one of the sites using it, and I noticed on that site that the software supports Chinese language text.  If it can do Chinese then I would bet it can do any language characters.
