This is something pretty new -- flash based it is separated into a "client" which you run on your server, and a "server" which - er, well, the hosting company runs.

If you buy just the client portion to run on your server (confused yet?) it is very cheap, but then you have to host it on one of the specified hosts who have the server side running.

This client is only $200, and then you have to host it -- at the moment there is only two hosts with the server side ready but only one of them seems to be a real hosting company you can just sign up for; that's flashcomhosting.ca.  They start at $40/month for 10 streams and 10G transfer on a shared host.
