Very new site, started in Feb of 2005 -- and the providers are obviously European.  Pricing is 750 Euros "cover the first 2 months of operation" -- yes this is a service provider rather than software that you buy.

It does get you all the functionality including servers and bandwidth.

Sort of like 2much, only European.  The only site I have seen use it so far is sexxescams.
