Darkangelbliss, the name of the site as well as the girl, is a personal webcam site dedicated to Bliss -- who is I suppose a Dark Angel -- not an "angle" as I had her listed for months!.. 

I guess it counts as being in the "Goth" style which is something I'm not too familiar with, to me it is a little dark and scary -- but maybe that's the way it is supposed to be!  Certainly the site is beautifully designed -- and if you are a webmaster you might want to peek at the source code to see it is just as finely crafted inside as it is outside using the latest css technology.

On my screen the wording is a little difficult to read but that may just be me.

Like most personal sites there is a profile with some details of Bliss, a gallery and -- the interesting part for us a LiveCam, then a join link for a members section and finally a Blog.

Going straight into the live cam section you'll not find any free cam unfortunately -- just a list of different systems for contacting her and a price list.  Starts at about $2.5/minute which is a moderate price for a private chathost.

If you want to see other private cam girl sites try Gina at Camchicks which is less sever but still funky or Casey's Cam and Girlie's Cam for more general cute teen look.
