bimaus

A German based site this combines telephone sex and webcams.   There are English speaking girls there and you can basically choose to browse the site in English or German.

There are a fair number of girls on line, maybe a dozen the last time I looked, as well as some guys and a few groups like three girls.

Many different sites use the bimaus system and are basically front ending it.  Examples include CallToCam, call-cam.  See the reviews of those for some other comments.  Also you will see "CamWorld.TV" sometimes as the domain behind this.

I am not sure if the support provided by the individual sites is different or are the sharing the support too.
