This is part of the peekshows system, from a viewer's perspective I think there is no real difference whether you view via AdultWebcamWorld, Peekshows itself, or one of the other sites part of that system. 

For a host however it does make a difference which site you work for because your support comes from the staff of that site. e.g. you sign up as a host with AdultWebcamWorld and it is their support staff who work with you and pay you.

Now keep in mind that other sites, including peekshows, basically promise similar things.

AdultWebcamWorld have a geo focus on models or studios who are from Canada so you'll some Canadians in their section of the system than you will in Peekshows in general.  That doesn't mean they don't do other countries though.  They will work with US and other hosts and pay from $1.25 - $2.50 -- studios get a similar rate; the pay scale is the same regardless of country.

The key guys on the site are making every effort to make themselves available to support the models in what I consider a very upfront and professional manner.
