Just to let everyone know (if you don't already) when you work a www.FantasyXtreme.com website it has a Virtual Driver built in. Not split cam, not camtasia...our own Stream replicator. Work Multiple sites same time with one Cam. I might as well take this time and say hello to everyone.
This is a fantastic site Hony, and I wish I'd had found it much much earlier.
I'm a newbie and the webmaster of one of the Xtreme sites....not sure if I can say which one...don't want to get in trouble first time here. I will be looking for chathost very soon. I'm thinking of different ideas to attract chathost, that other owners haven't tried....ie: lingerie and toys at my wholesale cost.......maybe a free trip for the chathost that brings in the most $ in a year.....if any of you girls have suggestions...I'm all ears. Quick and accurate payments with no unexplained chargebacks is what most hosts want much more than discount lingerie -- don't you know we chathosts get as much lingerie as we want for free already?

That's too easy, if thats all I need to do... I may be new to this business but I'm not new to business. I'm not depending on this site to support "my" living.....I already have a good job that I live off of, and know enough that if you surround yourself with good people and treat them with respect.....and PAY them on time....things roll along much smoother.
None of you know me, but the last thing I would do is rip off my people.
I don't know if you have to be crooked to make it in this biz...if so,please someone let me know...I'l bail out right now.

Reb, take it easy -- nobody suggested you are dishonest and the way to succeed in this business, as in most businesses, is absolute honesty.

What I was, rather badly perhaps, trying to express was that from the perspective of your product providers (the models) you are just a name on a computer screen -- they have no way of knowing your bona fides.

That's the challenge -- business arrangements are ultimately built on trust, and how do you build that trust as the new person on the block?

It's not impossible, but it takes time.
