I'm always telling cam sites to give me decent press releases, and they very very rarely do. Myabe they don't know how. Well here is a site which not only takes PR but also gives very good advice on HOW to do it.

It certainly helps. Writing PR material is not something that everybody is good at -- the top PR people charge LOTS, which implies that some people fine that valuable.
