I think they have some text missing from their site but it is most likely the same as their affiliates. They will freeze your membership if you chargeback, but if you have a legitimate complaint they will give you your credits back in your account.

Well that is legit. But, it isn't what it says. Until they change it I wouldn't think of joining up.

Hi . As i preformer on the site for about two years in total , and some other inside info on there credits / refunds . the way the site works is if you are in a prvt show or a nude show and you get locked up , or can't type the site will credit your account for maybe half of the show , there point is that why if you are having problems with the show would you stay in for more then a minute or two . so if you stayed in the show for two minutes most times you could get a full credit , if you stayed in for 10 minutes and tried to get a refund you would be lucky to get more then 5 minutes .

Mole also please think of the girls side of "this refunded show " she will lose what ever time they credit back to you and your account . Not so fair for the girl that has done everything you asked for and then the show locked up and you get a refund and she just did a 1/2 free show or maybe more then that .

The good news is , that having used the new BETA / flash program , is this after almost 1200.00 $ worth of shows I have not had one show lock up the guest could see me everytime and type everytime .

For the A**H***S that do thier chargebacks , Yes they get 100% of there show for free , and the girls end up doing that show for free too , sometimes it's thier wives that do the charge backs , sometimes stolen credit cards . Yes the site will no longer take that credit card after a charge back is done , also the user name will be blocked , the guys just make a new name and get back in again , maybe will another card and do it again . But in the end it's really the PREFORMER that takes the hit


For me this has been the most honest and reliable site i have worked for .

Fundamental conflict here in the way people see chargebacks.

Hosts and cam sites see chargebacks as the primary means they get ripped off.

Viewers see chargebacks as a protection against being ripped off by hosts or cam sites.

While there is lack of trust this problem will remain. And lack of trust will remain while there are some people, on all sides, who will rip people off.

You're lucky you got any answer at all.

My acount, many accounts were blocked because I wanted to add time and the processor said the zip code did not match. The thing is, zip codes here include a space and cumtv didn't like that. Got blocked also when I didn't have enough funds on my credit card. On other sites, it just tells you "too bad, try later" but on cumtv, I was blocked. I sent e-mails for every account that already had some credits in it and never received an answer. No big deal, the accounts were almost empty (a few cents left) but it still sucks. I ain't going back there except for free chat, which is nice and big.
