New Studio in Romania

Hi, it is my first post here....so pls....be kind
I have been working on this kind of sites for four years, but only as employee and never for myself.
Well, this year i have decided to start a business of my own.I am a bit scared (u know....like a virgin ) but i do hope u will be kind enough to help me with some advice.
I have reached the conclusion that small sites that have as target rather small geographic areas (like thisislive - a site that has most of the members from Belgium and Holland ) work much better than bigger sites (like iFriends for example) that don`t have a precise area.
So here is the part i need help with:
- first I need some links of exactly these kind of small sites I was mentioning above, sites that are visited mostly by German, Dutch, Belgian or Japanese users.
- second, I have seen many sites that won`t accept Romanian chathosts. I have never understood the reason why this happens, after all, the money made is not different. I am not interested in this kind of sites.
- and third, while browsing the forum, I noticed many complaints concerning sites that r not serious. I would appreciate it if u would also mention this to me.
