Hi,
I am hoping to go into the webccam site business. I have a faird sized budget and I am in talks with a designer etc.
Im just not sure how to structure payments etc. As I don't want to make a lot of money from the site I'm thinking about paying the girls etc 80% of the income they make so I'll be taking a 20% cut.
I rckon with girls charging $1.30 per minute that would give them about $10.40 for 10 minutes work (im not sure how other s do it)
Idlike my site to be predominatley UK girls although that can change.
Any advice would be gratefull or if there is a place where I can advertise for girls to work id like to know of it.

Hello and welcome to the forum! There are a lot of options around and I'm sure if you offered 80% to girls you would have lots of girls applying!
Please feel free to post offers to girls in the spam section. Lots of chathosts do read this site.

As i'm not sure about the rules of the site and I Don't yet have my site up and running (I am in discusions with a designer as wee speak)

Sure thing, leave whatever contact details you think is appropriate.
Have to say though if you are getting into the webcam world that "design" is probably not the first thing that should be on your mind -- getting some understanding of the economics of running such sites would put you in a better position to start planning.
A good thing to do is to review the various affiliate programs of other webcam websites. Via these you can glean some understanding of the the cashflow of those who will be your competitors.

Hi there,
I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. I'm starting up my live cam website, I have the designer, I kinda understand the way people get paid here but I have still not found the perfect software that provides the live feeds. I know of several softwares out there and I'm still waiting on quotes from others, If you have found one, please let me know. Thanks and good luck with your site..

i tried it and looks exactly like streamray,in fact the girls that r online on exoticams r on streamray, at the same time.so.....u're not advertising ur own new site.. |

Hello Geanyz,
You are absolutely right, for the time beeing, I had to put some sort of material on the site in order to get my website listed in hundreds of search engines. I am pretty much using Streamray as a mirror site temporarily until I substitute it with my own software once it is up and running. Nonetheless, I posted this info here just to let people know how to contact me. I'm looking for chathosts. Feel free to email me if you have any questions. I answer all of them.
