Hy Honny....i m in this business from about 3 years..i am a studio manager...now i try to made a video-chat site and i m looking for a merchant who can work with no refound policy...i speack with paycom and verysign but they are not really the merchant ..they tell me i must speack with somebody else for this.Do you know something about were i can find a merchant who ll accept no chargeback(no refound policy)??

I don't think any merchant will offer that kind of service, what if someone uses a stolen credit card on your site?. You just need to make it clear to the customer when he buys time and enters a private show that charge backs are frowned upon.
Something like DO NOT CHARGE BACK ANY SHOWS.If you were dissatisfied with the model or you had a computer problem during a private or semi-private chat, contact support at help@yoursexsite.com. All private sessions are logged and if we find you have a legitimate complaint you may be awarded free credits. If you DO NOT follow these rules then your membership at this site maybe suspended or terminated. |

I've seen warnings like that -- while I understand the intent the tone comes off as really unfriendly and tends to make me feel negative about the site.
Is their business model so tenuous that they can't survive the normal level of fraud that every other business deals with?

| NO merchant .. would be allowed to .. approve an account that had a NO REFUND policy .. Specially over the internet .. if they do .. well they wont be up for long .. Every scam person in the world is also looking for that type of bank to sweetie .. |
