Here are the two I know about:

firecrackervideo.com
2much.net

I'm not particularly recommending these; just saying that they exist and I see small webcam sites coming up using these systems.

These people sell SOFTWARE -- up to you to get servers, hostings, bandwidth, girls, payment handling -- and of course customers.

2much.net also sells SERVICES -- back end billing and processing.

If you have girls; why don't you start by running a studio and let someone else handle everything else? They take a cut off the money (~50%) but you don't have to worry about (or pay for) a backend.

I would recommend camcontacts.com as most studio-friendly and a straight-shooting company; though studios can also function at iFriends which has larger numbers. It is not unusual to see the same studio with multiple camers feeding CamContacts, ifriends and cumtv all at the same time.

Anyway that's just my style of "start small and feel the water" rather than "make big plans and jump right in".
