Well, let me make some comments about the www.adultcamstaffing.com
I am a studio owner,from Romania,and i have few girls working on this site,since the begining of the october.
The girls who are working on adultcamstaffing.com,are posted also on www.cammatrix.com and www.pleasuregirls.net,wich i think that they belong to the same owner,a very nice guy named Frank.
Now,here is what u can get on www.adultcamstaffing.com:
The registration is very simple,with a 2 pages contract,and a copy of the chathost ID.The response is fast (looks like the webmaster Frank,never sleeps...),and the account is released in few hours.
On the Admin area,there is a girl from Romania,wich is both performer and Admin in the same time.The name of the girl is Raluca,and u can find her online almost anytime,if u need any help.She is also very helpfull for the girls who dont know how to manage their accounts,or who they dont know how to change something on their account area.The other Admin girl,is an american girl,named Tina.She is a performer also,sou can see her online almost all the time.
The payment is released every 2 weeks. For the 1-15 u will be paid on 16.
Also, i must say that, at our first paycheck,wich was released for 630 dolars,the wire transfer fee was only 4 dolars,for the transfer here,in Romania,wich is incredibly low.Many sites pretend that they must pay 30 dolars for the wire transfer ( wich in 90% of the cases is not true!),and they will deduct those money from your paycheck.
Well, thats why i consider that this guy Frank,is very honest,and i apreciate this very much.
Currently,they are about 30 girls on this site.
And now,my girls,have most of the regular customers from this site.The traffic is very good,and the members are coming mainly from Spain,Argentina,USA and Germany.
Another good thing, at the adultcamstaffing.com is that, after one of your chathost make 200 dolars,she will be paid with 75% of the income from 1 on1 shows.Well, my girls got 75% of the income since the begining,because they have made the 200 dolars very fast.The minimum payrate for the chathost is 1.49 per minute,and the maximum is 2.99 per minute. I never saw any chathost to work for the minimum payrate of 1.49,to avoid the competition among them.
Everybody works on 1.99 per minute,and the girls are happy with that.
As a performer,u can upload pics for the members only,or for the free chaters.For the free chaters,u can upload only snapshots from the webcam.
U can also upload small (20 Mb) movies for the paying customers.
Another good thing about this site:
Frank,the webmaster of the site,will treat your chathost as beeing a person,not a slave.Yes,this is a very important thing for us!
Its up to u if u want to bann any stupid annoying moron out of your room.
Nobody from the Admin area will argue with you for that,like is usually happening on other sites.
Overall, the site is good,and my girls enjoy it very much.
Maybe u will think that a website with only 30 performers will not be good for u.
Well, i was believeng the same thing at the begining.But from my experience,i saw that on the big websites,where are 200-300 girls online in the same time,the competition is huge,because many girls are making big discounts (some of them are working on 30 cents per minute...),and there are very few chances to make good money every night.
Thats why i have decided to try on a smaller site,like the www.adultacmstaffing.com is.
After 2 months,i see that my decision was good.
I can reccomend this site to all of the studio bosses from arround here,and all i can say more,is that they will not regret.
Besides that,many of the website administrators from the internet,have many things to learn from this guy Frank.
