6) in full screen, hitting "P" should print a snapshot of the screen -- with advertising overlaid.

in the model select array, the box containing thepicure of the current model should be highlighted -- a red box around it or something.

14) get rid of the network name unde rthe models' picture. nobody gives a damn about that and it shrinks the size of her pic. If it has to be there for legal reasons, display it with the models' stats.

15) make it mandatory that the model put some minimal data about herself, at least time zone

17) don't display model's time zone as "GMT+4", display "Time at model's location is: 10:37". Very often the girls say "I'll be back at 6:00" and you don't know when that is. I'd display user's current system time, too, for comparison.

26) ADD A CURSOR TO THE TEXT ENTRY BOX!!! As it is, it's impossible go go back and correct anything since you don't know where the cursor is.

27) Give everyone who registers 5 free tokens. After they use them, they'll want more.

advertising. We got the idea after the first thousand messages, and it becomes an impedance to conversation.

34) make it clear what "semiprivate" means. I have no idea myself. Everybody can still see the model and she can see what everybody types. Apparantly all you get for $3.75/min is that your text conversation is invisible to other users. This should cost 1 token/min, as it provides nothing extra for the guy
who spends the money.

35) for models not online, show the date they were last online in their bio.

36) to the bio/stats field, add number of hours model has been online in the last 7 days.

37) display number of people in model's room in the bio/stats window.

rediculous. Guys come to spend a fixed amount of $$, not to buy X minutes. They would spend just as much money, just use more time. You'd make more money since more guys could afford it. But most of the model's time is unpaid anyway.

42) There is absolutely no advantage to anyone in making the screen in semiprivate be so small. Nothing special is seen in semi, and the guy who pays for it doesn't give a damn if other peoples' view is normal or small.

43) allow the models to record a series of one-min videos where they "do everything", and charge one token to view them. Put a link to this in the bio/stats area. Some guys would pay to see every single one of them, even dozens. And you can play them over and over. Model could get a fixed $$ for making the video, but no commission. With no
incremental cost to you, the price could be really low.

This would allow people with little money to see the action, it would allow guys to see their favorite model when they come but she's not here, it would be an incentive for guys to buy private shows, and you could clean up on guys obsessed with one model.

44) In the above, provide an extra-charge option to repeat the video over and over, since most guys can't cum in a minute, and it's not polite to make them stop to replay the video all the time.

45) Guys would pay BIG money to watch such a video of their favorite model being fucked. Just use a fixed camera, and keep the man the hell out of the picture!

46) get porn studios to pay you to show trailers of their new films on your site in a special area for that purpose. Don't charge the users for this

47) allow two users to each spend half as many tokens and share the show. You guys would make the same $$, but more guys would participate since price is the limiting factor. This has been discussed several times by us guys while chatting.

62) when a model kicks out a user, it should block their IP (for that girl only, for the rest of her session), not just their name. The other day, an asshole kept typing garbage chars into Gentle Touch's session, and she just sat there and clicked the "kick" button over and over for a long time.

63) make sure live support exists if you say it does. When the above happened, (Tue or Wed), I tried to get the admin, but there was no one at live support.

64) Allow the user to select the text colors. I have other peoples' stupid messages golaring at me, but the models' test is dim red, hard to read.

65) If you don't want to do the above, at least make the models' text a brighter color.

66) when video is lost, the reason should be
displayed. The first time it happened, I thought I had been kicked off by the model for no reason. Other reasons include model on break, signal lost, model in private, etc.

67) this site (adult-webcamfaq.com) says you have a system tray app that notifies you when a model comes online. Where is it?

I never understood why they have happy hour, it's a nice idea but in practise doesn't work so well for the models (I think). On a Tuesday many more models will work.. hoping to get a slice of the 'happy hour'. After a customer has used up all his 'happy hour' credits he might just wait until the following Tuesday to buy some more. I think it would be better to lower the price overall because Sundays are pretty slow iirc.

It would be cool being able to see how much time we have left in private, models know how much time we have left in private yet we can't see this...

HAHAH I worked on peekshows for a short while

Made about 300 dollars and they got annoyed that the custumers in my room kept coming in and asking about my website.

I never promote my website in my rooms I can not help it if a custumers searchs for it and then trys to ask me about it in the room

heres my suggestion to add, dont require a cc to sign up, ask for cc when purchasing credits, to keep the freeloaders at bay, make it a "basic" account with like a ten minute login per girl per day, its enough time to see the girl (they always look different on cam)

They are changing things around a bit at peekshows. They are rasing the price, but when I bought tokens an hour ago, the price appeared to be the same, so who knows.
I did see a link showing video shows somewhere (it was a dead link), and of course cannot find it again.

Yes we have users that are not active on the site, kick them to a LOBBY this is so if the user decides to walk away from his desk or if multiple users are away. Saves bandwidth, remember we pay for free viewing.

I, (AWCW) as a site owner want the picture to show it helps my customers find my models I promote. We do special promotions for our models, home pages, blogs, custom features models of peekshows do not get.

Models want personal info to stay private, we must respect model info at all times, this info could be faked anyways.

I am guessing you are referring to the semi private view for free viewers? This comment was addressed already. Users that wish to team up may get a private show for a semi price. It is also to entice viewers to go voyeur to see full screen.
