Hi I am a newby as a chat host really, I have worked in a studio b4 so everything was taken care of. I am now doing it from home and having some problems.

Couple of sites I have tried are really helpful and reply to your questions but just no traffic. 1 site that I have earnt money on is Cybermate.tv but they have not payed yet.

Does anyone know anything about them and if this is normal.

I personally know 2 model's who worked on cybermate.tv and neither of them were paid. One model is owed about $400 and they never respond to mail. The site is poorly designed but the front end uses the free peekshows webmaster program yet it has nothing to do with peekshows/ broadcasting concepts. When you signup as a member it takes you to the LiveJasmin affiliate webmaster program so I can only guess it's a fraud site and neither livejasmin or peekshows care...

If you want to work on one site you should choose a popular site like Flirt4Free, ImLive, peekshows etc. Most girls like to work 2 or 3 sites. iFriends, spread4u, imlive, livejasmin, CamContacts all have good traffic and these are the sites most girls will work on at the same time. If you work from home you can also setup a ikobo account and charge like $2/min for shows on yahoo/MSN. There are some sites that handle the payment for you and take 50% of what you make such as cambabes.

misshellkitty: thanks for the headsup!, I guess most fraud occurs more frequently with these type of transactions so PayPal took the easy way out and decided they would rather not have those kind of payments. Any service which gets popular will be the target of fraudsters so its a good idea to be wary of any new customer you do a show for on yahoo/msn. I know one model who got defrauded on ikobo but im not going to explain what the guy did here. It's a good idea if you know/trust the person before offering shows on yahoo/msn.

hony: I looked at cybermate.tv a few times and each cam room seems to link to another site, for example I clicked on http://cybermate.tv/anna/ and I was watching a seventeenlive video feed. If you signup as a member it uses the LiveJasmin server for payment, so why don't they have a more professional front end like joyforyourself or any of the other numerous livejasmin based sites, instead of linking to places like seventeenlive. I could see Anna totally nude for free yet if I go to the seventeenlive website it requires credit card access to even see the models!

As you saw on site, we don't have the online registration so the models need to send the papers first and just when we get it , we send the link for online registration, the problem is that no one send the papers so they can't go online, but the girls when they come online they have pvt.

I do have a few questions...
a 40% payout seems pretty skimpy, an insult of sorts, as most sites do 50% which is still pretty damned skimpy! Yes I see you can earn higher percents per pay periods based on your total revenue, but we all know that it takes a long time to build up clientele, especially on a new site. I believe that new sites need to offer much more as it will take a long time for there to be any real traffic or good business there. You may want to consider paying an hourly rate + commission to some girls at first..to gaurentee there are girls online IF someone happens to visit the site. I do not think men re-visit sites very often after they have seen inactive sites. There are just to many options out there.
Also you should really make it fast and easy to get the paperwork back..in an email attachment or fax. Again, there are so many options out there.
Unfortunately I can imagine how costly new business endevours are and it is very hard. But without quality and awesome cam girls.. there will be zero business.

So basically the only way you can make decnet cash on these sites is constantly promoting your room and being online when you say your going to be online

and have your own personal website to keep custumers happy when they need to keep in contact with you.
