A site that works well with it's customers

Hello,I just wanted to talk about a recent experience I had at https://vixenvid.com .I put some money into my account and when I went to go pvt it was not there.Being the panicky guy I am I instantly assumed the worst,but the chat hostess did her best to calm me down and told me she would contact her admins.It may have helped that I had been a customer there for a while,but still this action was greatly appreciated.She got ahold of someone and within an hour I had the money in my account.I find that type of customer support very refreshing.Big thanks to all that helped if you read this.Not sure if I can type the hostesses name here,so will not unless I am told I can.She does deserve a round of applause in my opinion though..lol.Thanks.

I do not think it happens often, if it ever had before.I have been going to that site for 2 years and had never had a problem till that one time.The people that work there are very supportive of customers,or anyone that has questions.Can I ask others here....how many sites would have corrected the problem within an hour?I was very happy with the attention I recieved there.I know that the problem I had was a temporary glitch(which happens at the best of sites)and will never happen again probably.I would like to commend them for their quick attention,I am sure they are very busy.I was expecting to wait at least a day for any action but as it turned out I was incorrect.Thanks again to all the people that helped me out that evening.

I had this problem on one of the sites I am a member of. Everytime I bought 60 minutes of time the credit card payment when through but my account was not updated with the minutes I bought. I emailed the site and they were quick (1hour reply!) to credit me with the 60 minutes of extra time. This happened to me 3 times consecutively so I emailed them and asked why I had to email them to credit the minutes I had bought. Apparently it was a security measure because I had bought a lot of time in the space of a week and they wanted email confirmation to make sure it wasn't some hacker!.
