Hourly Rate for Studios

I have been approached by a studio wishing to provide a number of girls to my site. Until my traffic is there, they would like to be paid by an hourly rate. They are located in Romania, and will be providing one girl online 24 hours a day (8 hour shifts). The girl will be working on other sites as well at the same time.

What would be an appropriate offer for an hourly rate? This is a straight hourly rate (no commissions on top of that).

My personal experiance being my wife is from Romania would be 1st, make sure the guy is a studio. Tell him to show you his set up via cam or something. He could be just a person who goes to many many cam shows and has many girls he talks to. He could be telling the girls something totally differant then what he is telling you. Which can cause problems if the girl is working from home as they do it from home for a reason. Ie they make all the money and no studio to split it with. If they find out you would have hired them with out him then it can cause problems. Also find out how he is going to pay them. If you are sending all the money to him this could be risky as some of these guys get you a boat load of girls and wait for the 1st check and then hit the road on you and the girl. The Romanian internet prices are comming down and so are there computer costs. So many girls are saving there money and going the home route. But if he is on the up and up. I would think that paying $1.00 per mintue would be fine, depending on what you are chargeing. Many sites are giving 65% to 75% now so you need to calculate that in. IE if a show cost $2.00 per min and you are giving the studio 50% ($1.00 per min) he will most likly give the girls much less. The exchange rate for Romania is roughly $1.00 Romanian Lei for every 0.30 to 0.35 American $1.00 Which will show in there work preformance. Tell him you would like to see the girls also. And find out if you are paying hourly by the show or hourly by the hour. If a girl or studio knows they are going to be paid for just sitting there cause you are paying them for 8 hours (shows or no shows) then you can bet most of them will just sit there and some will treat your customers like crap. Be careful with the studios it can be good or bad, you just have to work it right..

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have already verified much of what you wanred me about. It is a legitimate studio. They want to be paid by the hour at first whether they are in a private show or not. I would of course be monitoring them periodically to make sure they are actually working and notjust sitting there collecting the hourly rate. My quesiton is simply what is a reasonable hourly rate? Are we talking $1/hour, $5/hour, $10/hour? etc

At first I would tell them $10.00 per hour. From what I can understand they are going to provide you with a Minium of 3 girls. Being 1 host per 8 hour shift. That will give you a payout of $240.00 per day to the studio. If just one girl is a good earner then you can have no problems with this. But if all 3 girls are bad earners then you can end up paying out a little over $1600.00 a week and get a bad rep from the customers. And no profit. A total nightmare. I would surly want to have some control over who would be the host at the 7pm to 12am shift more so on Friday and Saturday nights as this is when you will see the most money come in from your site. I would want to make sure she is a good worker IE talks well with the customers and keeps them comming back. But thats what I would start out with maybe on a 1 month trial period. Tell the studio boss you would like to see how it works out and after one month you can re work the price. A good studio boss will have the girls work as it's his way of making money and he/she will work with you on this request..
