Absolute MUSTS to Have Lots of Traffic & Be a Top Earner

I've checked out different places online, checking out the "top earners" to find a pattern where all of them are doing the same thing in order to bring in a lot of traffic, but there seems to be no pattern!

Some charge as low as $1.99 per minute and some charge as much as $4.99 per minute, and they both are top earners. Some don't do anal, or don't use phone in video and still are top earners. Some have been there for years and some have been there for a couple months and again both are top earners. People in their 20s-40s make a lot of money. There's just no pattern--or so it seems.

Oh, one common thing seems to be: Working a lot of hours--I would say at least 60-80 hours a week.

So my question is: Are there other things that a webcam model MUST have to be a top earner? (BTW, my idea of a "top earner" is making at least $2,000.00 a month).

A personality! Time and caring for the customers. Be willing to find out what they want and know how to please them. Connect with them and they will come back again and again. Also having a website helps and good presentation of your bio/pics.

And good writing I think helps! To many otherwise good looking hosts are let down by what I think of as "bio spam".
