I am a model on Onhercam.com and there are a few things wrong with the onhercam info you have posted. The minimum payout to models (which I receive because I am not exclusive to onhercam) is 40%. Also, models can do insertion in VIP chat as long as we don't show "pink". Some additional info to help out:
pro's for exhibitionists: ability to not do free cam chat/do text-only free chat, can sell videos on onhercam.tv
cons for exhibitionists: not the highest traffic
