$300 is $300..and you can't earn it just like this. We are offering this bonus, if models stay online more to promote our site. 250 hours means approx 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. If you are willing to do this, and i believe it is hard work, we are therefore offering a bonus of $300.
We also provide collaborations with other webcam chat sites if anyone is interested.

10 hours a day 6 days a week for 4+ weeks, that's very hard to do even for $300.
Why don't you offer some smaller bonuses for smaller effort initially. People working for a site newly want to quickly see if it is honest and pays before they invest a large amount of time. |

This site sounds like they want their models to bust ass for very little pay and very little bonus. |
