Hi to all,
im new here, ex model, not so good model u may say, so ive decided to make a website affiliating other adult sites - i hope thats how YOU call it; sorry for my english, im from some contry where poeple dont know much about business behind webcams sites;
couse of that i would need some help and advices from site owners, lawyers or anyone who knows more then me - lol - thats easy, i dont know much! where ever i turn in my contry for help, it seems im an expert compering to them! thats why i decided to try and ask here; any comment, advice or suggestion i would appreciate; so far ive made offshore company and my webmaster is trying to put on what i have in mind; but the main part is needed - legal security and banking; as i understood, ccbill is great for members but if i decide to put videos on, what about paying models? other questions that bother me and dont understand - who should be constodian of the records? which country law should be my jurisdiction (company country? bank account country? any I choose? lol)
as you can see, im totally ignorant in this way, but pls dont tell me to give it all up - couse that is not an option - help is btw my lawyer is useless - i wrote better privacy policy then him - lol
