this was very interesting for me. I tried to work as an independent camgirl in germany two years ago and it didnt work, because I didnt had enough customers.

I think I have to read your posting again and visit the sites to understand everything (I come from germany and such things are a little bit difficult for me in english).

but I have questions
my experiences with german yahoo-chats is, they were great at the beginning of this year, but now you dont have any customers there which want to pay something.

are the english chats different?

and, all the sites you listed, I understood they will make the payment for you? is this right? so the site pays you and not the customer directly?

do you have much stornos there?

my last question, you really get customers from yahoo or these sites?

I know in germany a lot of camgirls get their customers from the "normal camsites" (like visitx and so on). they tell their customers from there to come to yahoo and pay them directly. of course it is strictly forbidden from the camsites

I tried the uk-yahoo chats, but it is the same like in Germany. In the rooms you wrote about (uk men pay for play a.s.o.) were only 2 persons which made advertising, no perhaps-customers.
I also tried other rooms, but its the same like in Germany, hundreds of cam-girls and webmaster (which fake girls which advertises their sites. only a few men.

I tried the german speaking yahoo chats about a year and I was never successful there. I also know other camgirls, with the same experience. the rooms are full of webmasters (every webmaster is 20-100 different "persons" there, you must have 5 or more computers to log into 100 or more rooms at the same time). this is how it is in Germany.

And the men there dont want to pay for something.

these are my german experiences with yahoo and I found the same in the english speaking chats today.

so I cant believe that it is successful to find any customers there.

did you made other experiences with yahoo?

and the sites you wrote from...did you really get customers from there ? are they better than yahoo-chat?

because u would be new to it on the sites id imagine ud geta lot of traffic as these guys are always looking for new faces:)

but in answer to your question? do i do well the answer is YES its worth it 100% for me.

thank you for this interesting informations. I can tell my experiences with this now, but I only try it since 2 days, so they arent representative.

on the yahoo p2p rooms I mostly found other chathosts and even more webmasters which fake chathosts. they all advertise their sites there and I saw only a few men and than there were not really interested. But I wrote enough about yahoo in the thread before

I am listed on webcamlive now and on 2 other sites. I signed up on all these sites, I think it will take some days if they all list me.

My first customer from webcamlive was a scammer, I use paypal (for me it was the easiest way because it is also in german language and to understand "terms and conditions" and such things in english needs some time for me). there were also customers which only want previes and after I did it (only 2,3 minutes) they left the chat.

My first thoughts about these are that chathosts have to be very, very careful. I remembered you tipp to look if the customers have a yahoo-profile, but none of my "potential customers" had one.

I ve some questions. first is about the payment system. okay, paypal is a scammers paradise, I know now . but ccbill takes 25?%, this is too much. can you recommend a payment system? I saw them on realgirlsoncam, but I dont know which one is good.

and how can I come to this yahoo-group??

and, about the shows. I normally work on german cam-sites, there it is normal that you can chat a while with the customers (about where they come from, their age and so on) without beeing naked or to do show. Of course they pay for this (in Germany the camsites dont have free-chats).

in my show as a "yahoo camgirl" the customer (it was the scammer) wanted show from the first moment.

is this a difference between "normal camsites" and working on yahoo? I mean, is it normal for "yahoo-shows" to make show from the first minute?

and what do you make in shows there, I mean is it "more hardcore" and this from the beginning?

I think, on normal camsites customers come in your room, they pay from the beginning and they dont await that you make immediatly "hardcore-show". or, if they await this, they can leave you.

and if a customer want things I dont want to do, on a normal camsite he can leave me. but as a yahoo camgirl, he cant, because he had paid. so what do you do than?

I ve learned some more things now

I think you have to be a little bit "unfriendly". In the beginning I made the mistake to be too friendly. If guests asked me if I do fetish shows or what I will do in shows I answered them and told them. also when they asked me if I can wear special clothes for them. but now I think all these guests are only "time wasters" which want to chat with you but never pay.

the same with guests which ask you for a preview and even when you say "no" they begin to beg.

I have problems to find out which guests are really interested and which arent. perhaps it is difficult for me, because of the language, in Germany I ve a feeling which guest will come in pay shows and which wont.

but as a yahoo-camgirl I havent. I now do this since 3 days and had only time-wasters, "preview-beggers" and so on, but no one was really interested and paid.

what do I make wrong?

or do all the time-wasters, scammers and so on try it with new girls, so that I have a lot of them? I`ve about 50 guests/day, only from 3 of this sites.

i never give previews ever i tell them i have been verified to be on that site and if they insist then i tel them ok i wil give u a quick preview £1 for a preview that soon weedles out the timewaster they move on to some1 else and if there genuine they will give u the £1

non profiles for me i tend not to entertain unless of course i get a good feeling about him uk guys and paypal i aint had a prob ever with a uk guy but with usa guys yes.

sign up with as many payment processors as u can and give the guys options join my group and name this scammer i know of 1 scammer at moment hanging about webcamlive im wondering if it was him who got u
