Hi
I need to know what performers think about when a website is holding 10% of their earnings for 180 days
we have this now but im thinking about of taking that out

Nobody likes ot of course, and many sites do NOT do it -- so when peopele see tha they think "this site is mean"... It's all in comparison right?

As a webcam model I will not work for a company with a holdback as most companies do not do it. It seems that everytime one turns around in this industry some companie just disappears *pouf* so I am not comfy with my monies being held!

Exactly, and it is the companies with poor cashflow who are more likely to do holdback and also more lookly to go poof!
