Great, and is it 50% as well for models who sign up directly? How about payment terms etc -- how often, any delay, holds for chargebacks, payment methods etc.
Hint: it would be great if this info was easily visible on your site when a host goes to signup!  |

I need to work on TOS, thank you for your interest!
YES IS 50% for all models and studios, in first month payment will be send via wire transfer or western union epassporte need to see model working on my site before they accept my account, you will receive the payment once a month so for period 1- 30 you will recieve your payment until day 22 of next month soon as your account reaches the release amount, the chargebacks will not be unless the one who sped have used a stolen CC, i`ll investigate the user complain and i`ll give them free credits if they are right |

Ok thanks for the info, that's clearer. This isn't really a TOS item though -- you may consider having an "advertising page" listing all your benefits from models; remember in a way the model is your customer as well in that you have to "sell yourself" to them! The best hosts are selective about where they work and can be hard to convince to work for a new site.

I coulndt agree with you more HONY 
I only work on two major sites I always make a lot there every day, I work on those 2 sites for over 7 years now and they always treated me very very well !!!! If I have problems with pc or internet they are always there to help me, I always had my $$ on time etc
I always look around to other sites but im still on my two favorit sites
PLain simple, because they treat me good , its more like they work for instead the other way around
