What's the best paying and easy to setup cobrand/whitelable?

I've been using a few affiliate programs for a few years
One of which is listed in the webmaster affiliate programs section
I find some of these companies not answer emails when i have questions.
In that case, you have to figure it out yourself, or look for another solution

I tryed that intermax program also,
They say on their site that webmasters can create their own white label
But when you sign up, you don't have access to those features and tools.

Adultempire give you a sub domain untill you can bring a lot of traffic,
Then you can setup a cobrand, i would only signup to use their cobrand features.
But they didn't allow it and i wasn't advertising one of their sub domains.

I find the affiliate program at streamray decent enough, you just change your dns info
and you got a cobranded web site, the payouts are good if you get a lot of unique traffic.

I'm searching for a few simular programs where they alow you to create your own brand under your own domain/subdomains
I find the white labels pritty hard to figure out, co branding seems easier to setup.
