To make a long story short I had a customer he stayed in the room for 2min and then came back stay another 5 cam to cam.
When I checked my stats the customer didn't show up so I called customer service who told me to wait 2 more hrs before reporting it.
Needless to say after countless emails and telephone calls they can't find the customer in their records.
Nor do they have a way of looking at a log of the guest that enter our room so therefore I will not be paid for that has anyone gone through this and gotten the money finally. |

well,
ImLive is not really professional. I sent them email about 2 weeks ago, but no response from the customer service. 11 days ago I sent another email why they didn't respond. They told me they got my email , I should be patient. Since then no answer, I sent 2 other emails, still no response...What the hell? How can a customer service be so crappy? They just dont give a sh..!!! |

I found their customer service to be very prompt in the emails not so much their customer service 1800 number, plus when someone is getting multiple emails from one person they might ignore them. so they are right about being patient. |

I quite agree with you. ImLive is a complete rip off! I don't know how they can live with themselves knowing that they are screwing their models left and right. There were number of times that i posted on their forum about socking the models with hefty charge backs i had a charge back from over 6 months, now how can they suddenly dip into my earnings from the service that i provided 6 months ago? I posted that question in their forum and they deleted my post! They know i caught them and didn't want the other models see ImLive how they rip off their models. I have not cammed on there since May. They claim that they have the lowest number of charge backs on their site, that's a bunch of B/S.

Well, you probably didn't read my post carefully. I wrote several emails, because they didn't answer my single first, and I didn't feel like waiting weeks for a simple answer. What do you mean they ignore if someone sends multiple emails? And you think it's OK?? It's their job !! They have to, it's their obligation. period!
The best customer service I ever met is that of CamContacts. They are far superior to the rest. They answer every email no matter who sends how many, and they answer in a very short time. They are quite professional.
And I agree with Missangie about the chargebacks, IML is always BS-ing about it that they do everything against chargeback, but it's not true. Interesting, I never had a cent chargeback on camcontacts! |

Yes I agree with you 100%
I also never had a ct cashback on CamContacts !!!
So how its possible that on Iml you always have cashbacks.....They do nothing about it as long as they make their cash its fine for them, Or they lower the percentage of pay outs
30% if your not HOF, I was always in HOF i wend on a holiday and I didnt made HOF and they put me back at the 30 % pay out......That was the well know Drup for me and I quit working there....They treat you like dogs and do have the nerve to blast in the forum cause they delete it, you can not even give your opinion there....
For me ImLive is a site to stay away from, I can make somewhere else the same amount of cash |

Yes, the forum was censored like in the old socialist era in my country LOL
we couldn't discuss anything interesting, while on CamContacts we can talk about almost anything, we can even discuss who makes how much etc. On IML they delete half of the posts. And too bad we hosts can't send messages to each other on the site, and cant discuss things in private. I managed to contact many girls from IML, because I found them on camcontacts and I found some with who we became friends |

Well thats because ImLive does not want the hosts to know that they are really working for a rip off company. They hide behind their cookie cutter copy and paste response, probably to make them look professional. Professionals in ripping people off thats all! |

OMG One of the models at ImLive posted about a charge back from 4 years ago that was taken from their current earnings.Imlive is ripping off their models big time and they say they have the lowest percentage of charge backs yeah right they have more of a high percentage of ripping the models off. I wish something can be done to stop Imlive from ripping their models off |

In my opinion, sites like ImLive are a huge part of the problem of adult workers being exploited, and they have the potential to be part of the solution! Luckily most of us I think know that we have multiple options at our disposal. But still, they would actually be helping themselves if they helped out their hosts more and protected them from damages from things like chargebacks. Also, good customers on those sites are unhappy if they find out the ladies they like so much are being exploited. You'd think it would make better business sense to treat both the staff and the customers well!
I personally am offended by the way they handle their customer service issues and that they penalize hosts for chargebacks. This weekend alone the hosts forum was rife with chargeback warnings to other hosts...and customer service's answers to all of the posts were the same old canned answers and propaganda. They have a "blacklisted user" feature, but it rarely if ever works properly. That's why I don't spend much time on there. I do take appointments on there, and also if I'm just randomly at home I'll log in and sit around. I average maybe 2 to 3 good shows on there a week, which is nice, extra money. I have been lucky enough not to get a chargeback. But I really dislike their blase' attitude about it and how they expect the host to fend for themselves. It's really quite pathetic, especially if they can afford to waggle cash and other prizes as bait for achieving on there, perhaps they could also afford to absorb the chargebacks themselves.
Personally I'm not charmed by the prizes. I'm 26 years old, and yeah, while winning a designer bag or pair of sunglasses sounds fun, I'm more concerned with my income being safeguarded. But hey, as I've said, I feel like it can be ok if you are highly diligent and take steps to safeguard yourself on there, or are less inclusive about who you allow in your room. The service, like any of them, has its good and bad points. |

I am on a lot of different sites and not one of them covers chargebacks except CamContacts, and I think it's maybe because most hosts there charge under a dollar so guys don't bother with chargebacks (I don't but lots do).
I'm just wondering what sites pay hosts anyway when a customer does a chargeback? Not many, and it seems like the ones that do have little to no paying traffic available. (just my own observation, would love to hear about any other sites that pay hosts when they don't collect the money themselves). |

It would be interesting to make a list of which sites cover chargebacks, and do they cover *all* or only ones where they think it is reasonable?
A lot of chargebacks are probably guys just trying to get a show for free, there is no way a site can control this apart from banning them. |
