Question about studios/taxes/online pimps

Hello all.

My sister became a girl a couple of months ago, and it has really been making me curious to join as well. The only issue I have is that I'm a college student. I've been researching various forums, but I've yet to find out the answer I'm looking for.

My sister has an "online pimp" who basically set up her pages for her, and takes half her money, after what the sites take. That doesn't really make any sense to me whatsoever, as I know how to do all that myself. He does, however, handle payment of taxes.

So, basically, my question is this: After looking on Streamate.com, I noticed they are not in the U.S. and that they don't send 1099's out. In order to not risk losing my financial aid, would it be better to work through a studio (I can't figure out how to find one in my area), have a "pimp", or are you even supposed to file from a site that isn't located in the US?

When it comes to taxes, it's not the webistes responsibility to send out the taxe forms, its your responsibility to keep records of your earnings, and file your own taxes at tax time.

any of the tax companies out there will be able to help you get your taxes in order.

basically all the tax people need to know is that your an independent contractor. you can call up HR block if you have questions but do not expect the sites to give you anything for taxes.

hey, never ever look for any kind of pimp, your sister is crazy that he requested that service for that! In your place, I'd tell her to create new profiles for herself and stop working through the profiles that the pimp company set up for her. I thought this kind of pimping is only in Eastern Europe It's so simple if you have scanner and printer..
About tax, I don't pay tax at all, and I ask every respective site about this. And most of them don't send any info on my income to my country's taxation authorities. I only found out the western europeans do it. For example enjoy.be is a huge site, they have many many sites and great traffic..allegedly, but when i asked about tax, they said they have to send it to my country, because of law...I even had an argument with them because in the agreement they said they wouldn't give out my data to any third party and they would protect my privacy....interestingly xlovecam.com which is a french site stated they don't send anything to anyone.

BTW, is there anyone working on one of the sites of enjoy.be???

I forgot to clarify, we're American. I finally convinced her that having someone taking any of her money was very unnecessary. She talked to the admin about it, and come to find out, the whole way he was doing it was illegal. There was forgery and fraud etc involved. Needless to say, she has her own pages up and running now, in her own name.

as an american you should legally pay your taxes quarterly, you are considered an independent contractor, and every three months you should pay an estimate of what your taxes will be due on Aprl 15. Its yor responisibility to keep track of how much money you bring in although some sites, like Streamray will send a 1099 form at the end of the year that shows how much money they sent you over the year and that information is also sent to the IRS. Independent contractors are very common now in the US in many differente kinds of work =. Remember that since you are working from home you have a LOT of tax write offs, Your equipment, internet service, even your dildos, creams school girl outfits or whatever else you use for work
