Things that I look for are:
Traffic - you can have the greatest site in the world with the greatest staff but if there is no traffic then there is no point for performers to work there.
prompt payment and clear payment policies
Well designed/maintained site-I understand that there will always be some technical difficulties or upgrades, but sites that are constantly down or doing upgrades without informing performers are just wasting our tie.
Respect performers - whether it is the way staff deal with model complaints or just adequate communication, respecting performers is essential. |

good traffic (but for that u need good deals with webmasters and from my own experience live feed banners , and maybe pay in the begining free chat models )
free chat and members areea (most girls work multiple sites so dosent have to logg off this way just go on member areea and she can still have a pvt on ur site too  ) lo of guys are looking for instant action so it cn be a good feature
easy payment sistem as epassporte , and fast payments
a good cc procesor , so u can avoid chargebacks who make models loose theyr money
a decent % for models and a good% for modls who reffer members to ur site
a decent suport for models who answer in real time
bounuses or prizes ( there is 2 ways based on earnings or popularity -votes)
good promotion and exposure |

I'm sorry you didn't your money:( I lost my job as the Talent Manager at Spread4U in January, so I wasn't even working there when you were struggling to get your money. Although I just worked there so if the owners didn't want to pay people then there is nothing I could have done about it. I don't blame you for being angry. It wasn't your fault the company had financial problems and the owners of the company should have paid all the models when they sold the company to cams.com
I wouldn't work for a smaller webcam company in the current economic climate. Obviously there is less traffic but there is also the chance that they could go out of business like Spread4U and then your money is gone. |
