New Web cam girl trying to be an agent and still cam

Hello everyone, first time posting but I have been reading many posts on this forum as an unregistered user for the last couple of weeks. I am new to the industry ( obviously says it in the title ) and I want to accomplish two things :

1) I want to become a web cam model and make a decent living

2) I also want to become a studio/agent

As far as becoming a web model what companies are good ones to sign up with ? I know this may have been posted in an old thread and I apologize for bringing this up again. But I keep hearing about how some of the current big sites out there are really bad, iFriends, ImLive Webcams.com etc... Can anyone help a newbie find her path to dealing with a reputable company ??

Also as far as trying to become a studio/agent I know from personal experience ( from interviewing, forums etc ) that there are alot of scammers and BS studios who try to sell us girls a dream of making big bucks from your home or a studio but only to be left with excuses and BS payments. I want to become a legitimate studio/agent and provide a great paying opportunity along with perks, counsel, networking and no BS for girls that work for me.

Again can anyone offer a newbie some good advice on becoming an agent/studio ( Good sites to work with, General advice ) ?

I am sorry for this long post but I really want to accomplish these two goals, if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it .

Personally it's better to just be a solo model, and join sites that will give you a refferal fee for sending them a new model.

When your a studio they will combine all your earnings on to one giant check then your responsible for paying those models under your studio account. Which sometimes leads to much drama,

So I highly suggest you just look out for yourself, and join a site that you like to work with, ImLive, webcams are very good sites to work wtih.

Each site will have its ups and downs its part of being in the webcam business, the best way to avoid that is finding a site that has easy access customer staff suport, so far I have found that imlive, webcams, cams, has that.

and P.S your will make money if your working on your own account then trying to divide it from a studio account.

I have worked witn h streamray webcams, ImLive, LiveJasmin, espanacams, and webcams and these sites always pay on time, New sites are usually the ones to worry about I have been burned a few times registering models with a new site offering higher commissions. Each of the sites listed has good points and bad points, It becomes a matter of preference, But any sexy, dedictaed girl who understands how to talk to men can do well on these sites.
