as for paying girls less because they live in eastern europe, its just plain wrong, they provide the same service american girls do, for (mostly) american customers, for (mostly) american companies, they should be paid like american girls (although the studios would pay them crap)

I would have to say that the overall amount you charge should be based on how good you are. If you run a studio, I think the best thing to do would be to start the newbie chathosts on a lower pay per minute rate, and slowly move them up as the business and customer loyalty grows. There shouldn't be a set or standard rate for everyone, because everyone is different. What may work great for Model A may not work as well with Model B. Trial and error is your best bet.
