I must add something. this is no one of the new sites which have slow traffic and search chathosts.

Its an affilate from a big german site which has a lot of traffic and also chathosts. most german chathosts know this site and work there. (in germany exists only 5 sites with really good traffic, so all chathosts work on this five, its easier than in the USA

but - my problem is - I need english speaking chathosts, the site has only a few.

hello,

it is a "phone with webcam" site. this means, customers can call you per phone a n d see your cam. it is a site for "amateur" or "private" chathosts, which work for themselfes, so we pay per minute. it isnt a site with only studio-cams, which were payed by hour.
but we accept studios, if the chathosts speak either german or english. you can see our pay-out rate in the "terms and conditions".

we accept also male chathosts, but most of our customers arent gay, so I think it is difficult for them.

call-cam.com is a big german-english site with good traffic, in Germany we have enough chathosts, because there is a good "mouth to mouth-propaganda" (uff, I dont know the english word for this and dont know if my translation is right, I mean, all german chathosts know that this site has good traffic and is one of the biggest sites and they tell each other).

but we dont have enough english speaking chathosts.

I already work there,but from an affiliate site..i dont why but lately i have problems hearing them...and of course most of them speak german which im trying to understand..:-p the "key" words are not a problem..when someone speak english..makes me happy..

in english the term is word of mouth (short for word of mouth advertising)

yes, you r right, a lot of customers come from Germany. but there are also a lot of customers from UK. I think a problem from call-cam.com is that custumers can`t see with "the first view" which languages chathosts speak. there are flags under the chathosts names, but they are too small.

but try it with an english chathost name. than you will get more english speaking customers. I know other english speaking chathosts which do so and it works.
