Hi All...New Here

Hi Everybody.

I am new here and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Todd, and my wife and I have been in the Adult Industry for about 3 years now. We own and operate 7 Phone Sex sites (with 2 more on the way) and are branching out into Cam as well.

We are starting a pay site with fixed rates, and good pay for our chathosts. We are an honest, hard-working couple who feel that ethics & integrity are just as (if not more) important in this industry that in the corporate world we both came from previously.

There has been a steep learning curve for us, and we have had our share of the usual problems with fraud, etc. However, I am having a huge problem right now in that I can't seem to find anyone who even wants to apply for a position with us. We have never had a problem recruiting talent before, in fact we have a huge backlog of people on our PS sites that would like to come work for us.

I am beside myself right now, and wondered if anybody had any good suggestions on how to recruit talent for Cam.
