there are also customers in cambusiness... not only camgirls..
and ofcourse camgirls want to have as high price than possible, but then other
side customer wants to get as much than possible with cheaper price..

so my point for you camgirls is.. what do u think is better for you, to sit 12 hour

There is also the matter of how long you can actually be DOING a show -- giving a good show requires energy and activity and no you can't do it for a whole day without being exhausted.

So a certain amount of waiting around is probably right -- though the amount depends on the person of course.

99c a minute usually means the girl only making something like 33c a minute and less if in a studio.
It would be like saying all USA women are stuck-up and all Romanian are bad when none of this is true. Profiling the cam-models according to their price is s-o-o-o-o- unfair. Just as every model has her ways and means, every man certainly wants a different thing. Many guys in my experience go with how well they feel when they are with me, regardless of what price I have had. I can often say that at a cheapest price I also was treated the worst. A good example of this is that call-girls often get treated so much better than "street girls". The street girls might make the same or more, but who really gets the goods and feels good at the end of the day? Cheapest, not always the best. If you like to outsource and get cheapest, fine. But for one, some of the girls begin nicer until they find out things about the business both pro and con. Some have studio boss to tell them they must smile or do this or that. Dear, see that my writing says Regarding Spacedust, not you hun. By all means, let the members who want cheap, get cheap. Again, this was to gents such as Spacedust . He has a few posts insisting cheaper girls better, when this is not always the case. My article was in response and a reflection of my experience for yrs in adult business. For guys wanting cheapest rate, it is important to check and verify the reputation of these super cheap sites. Underneath, alot of them is claudestine fraud operations, where they get much more money than your $5. The $5 was just the lure. Government agency websites have been warning that the cheap adult sites, along with phishing are some of the biggest ID theft or fraud operations ever. JUST BE CAREFUL. In respect to everyone, many of the veteran camhosts know what it is like to get ripped off for their shows, as well as the webmasters who got ripped off on their affiliate commissions, plus the many guys that purchase shows that are too embarrassed to say they were ripped off.

Then we rose price and get the same money with less stress and work. Some members are crybabies on that forum, because nothing is good enough or cheap enough for them. Just like Spacedust. Plus, if they have the slightest problem, they run to complain to admins, and claim the money back. With higher prices we could get rid of this part of the society , lol, and we don't even have to argue with them, because we don't get in contact with them at all. We left camcontacts anyway.As for respect for members by offering low price..mmm it sounds funny. Can't we expect members to do the same? To pay more if they respect us. I see quite a bit of promotion around here . It's nice to see that. It's also nice there is a controversy about the price per minute. As most of the camgirls are viewing it $0.99 is cheap. 45% from $0.99 is also cheap. I agree with you. But since i am in this business and i run it i can give you some facts.
At the time this thread has been created we were running already the TOP 50 for models. If you dont know details you can check them on http://www.livepimpin.com/?topmod.
We do _KNOW_ and we do _REALIZE_ that $0.99 is cheap and that's the reason we give out much more extra. You may say .. "Quit the top and raise the price / min". Well that would be a bad ideea. Because the bets selling point is $0.99. You just have to look at the "issue" from the other side. Members will get addicted to it. We have on our forums members coming from LJ more and more and making a difference. Members that are not "one girl fav" and are spending on many models. And they are happy. Happy that can pick up any girl that before was at $4.99 or more.
We also have the TIP sistem. So if a member really likes a girl but he's at work and he cant stay 10, 30 or 60 minutes online, he can just TIP you in minutes block as if he was on your private for 10, 30 or 60 minutes. And you get the money you would do in 60 minutes in a second.
Other than that. at $0.99 a minute you can and will have much more mmbers simultaneously in your private. Trust me that i know how on other sites at much bigger prices privates are sometimes rare. We have models that experienced 10+ concurent members in their private for minimum 20 minutes. Do a quick math. 10 members * $0.99 * 20 min * 45% == $89.91 in 20 minutes. I think that's VERY good.

As a side note, for "livechatpair" that posted the second post; NO you are not slaves, and you could really earn much more money on a so called "cheap" site like LivePimpin if you would really dare to open your mind and open your eyes. You are happy that you stay at a bigger price / min while the website you are working on at that higher price really makes TONS of money and considers performers are slaves.

But as always everybody has the freedom to choose whatever they see fit for them and whatever they like to do.

Lower-price-and-higher-quantity equaling equivalent or better income is of course a well work argument. And WalMart and McDonalds prove that it can be a successful business strategy - and that customers will come. It doesn't always make it best for the employee though.

Of course hosts can always leave if they don't like it - or if something else works better for them - so hopefully your number of online hosts shows that it *is* working for some at least.

It would be good to hear from some hosts who are working at LivePimpin about their experience.
