Hi,

Has anyone had any experiences with this site? good or bad?

Also it is very hard to find out any information about the payout % to the model/studios.
Is there any Flirt models or studios here that could share what the payout % is.

As with any site, some girls do very well, others don't.

They decide the % you'll get paid when you start with them, so it varies. Usually around 30% though, I think, but don't forget their per minute price is $5.99 so even 30% of that is higher than 45% of a lower per minute price of, say, $1.99.

They have HEAPS of traffic but because you're encouraged to show nipples in free chat, the begging is prolific.

Lots of rules in free chat too - no smoking, no music, no eating/drinking etc.

I personally find the per minute price to be a tad high - they do very well though, so it would seem that there are enough guys willing to pay it.

It all depends on what's important to you and what YOU want out of a site. I'm sure some girls would swear by VS, and others would warn you off. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to PM me and I'll answer them for you.

I have been on VS for about a month now. and I find the site to be really top of the line.

They pay wire transfer for outside the usa. and the rate is 31% and so far in my month of being on the site I would make about 20.00 an hour which is great if your working a 3 to 8 or more shift.

The support is great, and they answer emails and instant messages promptly.

free chat is generally mandatory on there but at any given time there is one model in group chat, which is like non-nude with multiple paying customers - i.e. no free.

I think you have to specifically ask VS whether you can appear in a group show, not like other sites where you can appear in group or free depending on your mood or preference.

It might also depend on whether or not you work for a studio.

Spider, of course you don't HAVE to show the nipple. I'm just saying that since girls generally are allowed to show nipples in free chat (unlike on most other sites), the beggars who come in to your room have just seen nipples elsewhere and will nag you until you cave in and show, or ban them. I spend a lot of time topless in free chat there anyway so it's not really an issue for me. Depends on my mood or how cold I am!

VSMedia is the company BEHIND Flirt4Free, SpiceLive etc. So as a model, you sign up with VSMedia (Video Secrets) and they're who you deal with. Through their umbrella software you appear on all their sites.

I joined with VS/flirt4free last month (July). I went through the standard application process, filled out the release and agreement and sent them in after I was contacted by the account representative. I spoke with him on phone and yahoo to get set up.

He first explained that I would start with 30% (so that is around $2/min for private). I thought that was pretty cool and I was happy to get started. I did very well the first night.

I was not clear however on the exact pay structure so I had to search around their site to find out how often pay dates occured and so on. I already submitted my bank info to the account rep.

After I made over what I thought was $200 and had not been paid, I contacted this rep again and asked if there was a minimum amount before wire transfer could occur. He said yes, $150. I thought, ok, so I should be paid by now. He told me "I can pay you this coming wednesday (20 August). I asked more questions about how much I was paid for spy/voyeur minutes...He then said, "Didn't you get the payment sheet?" I said, no I did not. He then sent it to me. The pay structure was NOTHING like what he explained to me up front. In fact, when I talked to him to clarify the commission, he replied, "I told you what the pay was, just work." I was like oook!

I am not impressed with this site whatsoever! I have yet to be paid some $200 that I have earned on the site thus far. I have discontinued logging in because I do not trust them after I was told I'd be paid, and have not been. I contacted this rep again tonight and he seems to be ignoring me. That is just not right! No one wants to be exploited and work for free!

As for the performing side of the site, I don't really care for the endless supply of beggers wanting to see tits. I think the rate is too high and guys are reluctant to go private at the rate of $5.99/min. I have since found other sites that pay slightly less, but have steady traffic w/o the free chat nonsense and have clear payment guidelines. I'm also continuing to work on sites I have been with for a few years, who are professional and always pay on time!

I'm real sorry that you had some troubles. But it sounds to me like you were working for a studio that connected you to the VS network and not working for the network direct.
VS are one of the oldest and biggest networks out there, they do not pay late. The vast majority of the models there work for a studio, VS always pay the studios on time and then it is down to the studio to pay you.
I have been with them for a year as a studio and I just can't find fault with them.
I have been a cam model for some years, and in that time I've worked for LiveJasmin, Neon, ImLive, RealLiveGuys and a few others. I settled on VS due to the massive traffic and the really high per min rate that us models get paid.
Paid chat is at the fixed rate of $5.99 per min, so there is no competing with models that charge less than you etc.
On the downside it can be a bit harder to get pvts and they are generally shorter too, but despite that I still nearly doubled what I was earning from LiveJasmin in a pay period.
Talking about pay, instead of waiting a month like some sites, you get your pay a week after the pay period ends.
I hear what was said about the beggars, I guess I have it lucky being a man. The amount of begging on the gay side of the site is minimal. Also I found that the customers (even the free ones) seem to be more polite than ImLive for example. I really couldn't stand the clientèle at ImLive.
If you want a large number of long pvts it's not the site for you, and I would suggest LiveJasmin. But I really am doing so much better at VS.
Also they have a fantastic forum for all models to chat on, where everyone shares advice and support, plus general gossip and suggestions for the site, it's a real community.
As you can see I am a fan! hehe
