First Recession Since the Internet!

Generally, I say that the Internet was operationalized in 1995 when Windows95 hit the market. Things in general have gone well. We had a thriving economy, the Internet grew, technology expanded! Yes, things were good from 1995 to about 2001. Since 2001, things started get bad. Today, I think we are in an all time low.

We have never had a recession since the Internet became main-stream. We have no idea of how the economy will affect cyberspace, phone sex, cybersex and such. Most of the webcam sites are relatively new. What are people going to do? I think this is a case of "Cybersex vs. the Recession".

Have to absolutely agree. Business has never been so slow, well, for me anyway.

What to do? Work longer, for less.

Well, right now I am observing and evaluating. I have been carefully "listening" to the chat in this website. I particularly tuned into the discussion on ImLive discouraging VCHs from blocking paid customers.
Consequently, at NiteFlirt, I removed the blocks on all customers in my list. I hope I will not regret it. I had to reblock one already

I have also been busy hustling and recruiting new members from MySpace.

I am also running specials for Mother's Day.

I will be running a big time special on my birthday.

I am really trying to be creative during this crucial period. I just do not want to sit back and let stuff happen.

The Mother's Day Special is going like this....

I created special "Mammy's Day" photocards on Thursday.
These photocards were sent to NiteFlirt customers, MySpace friends, members of all of my Yahoo groups and members of my Google group.
The photocards provide callers 1 or 2 Free Minutes.

It seems to have been a pretty successful program.
